A very special duck in my flock was injured by my dog. The staff here were able to work my duck, Ling, in the same day I called. They took amazing care of her and got her all fixed up. She has fully recovered and is ready for her next starring role!!!
Everyone is very nice, patient, and friendly. Dr. Griffin was very informative and thorough when explaining the illness of our bearded dragon. We have a follow appt scheduled in a few weeks but I’m confident Dr. Griffin will do all he can to get our little guy back to good health. I would recommend him for reptiles for sure.
It’s so nice to have an exotic vet this close to home! The entire team here has been so welcoming and accommodating. Always quick to get you an appointment and very thorough exams, detailed notes on what to do once you get home, and always follows up with how your pet is doing. They currently see our two budgies and our Leopard Gecko and I’m thankful to have them close.
I love taking my animals to this place. They are so good with them. I highly recommend going there. Dr E. Has been great with my piggies they love to go see her at the exotic vet.
We drove over an hour away from our home. Awesome staff. Very knowledgeable. Our guinea pig needed dental care. We will take our exotic pets to Griffin Aviasm & Exotics from now on.
Dr Edgarton and her staff are so caring and compassionate. They were able to see my son’s Guinea pig, Alfredo, for an emergency visit the same day I called. She patiently explained everything that was happening and what they could do and I knew he was in good hands. I highly recommend this clinic!
The lady that I talked to on the phone was very sweet. All staff is sweet and respectful, they voice every option and don’t judge your decisions. Today I decided to put my hamster down, and they supported me through the decision. They’re not judgmental at all and I definitely recommend. This is my go to vet for exotic animals.
Unbelievable service. They go OVER & BEYOND to make sure you know step by step what they are doing to/for your animal. They send text daily on your animals condition & even send videos thur text so you can see how your animal is improving. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Very Reasonable prices for their A1 services
We brought our ferret Kylo in as an emergency. He was having several issues, the team kept us updated while keeping him for a few days. He wasn’t able to get better but I know the staff did everything they could to help and make him comfortable.
I am so happy to have found this vet clinic after moving across the country with my two small parrots. They have been so great with both birds. my cockatiel just had a one week stay there bc he was really sick and they did did absolutely fantastic getting him stable again. We still have a long road to him being back at a healthy weight, but they have given me hope 🏼 very affordable as well and I’m so grateful!! Thank you dr griffin and entire team
I heard about this place in passing while at a Petco and decided to bring my rabbits there. Best decision I ever made. These guys are so helpful and caring to my pets!
I would recommend this veterinary service for any bird owner in the state of North Carolina. The staff here is always very patient with both myself and my birds.
